(The order in question was ordered through 1-800 Flowers) Received balloons today, which was a nice surprise. Too bad 2 of them were clearly blown up days ago as they are already drooping and definitely missing air compared to the other 4. Terrible. Cutting corners on balloons that people are already overpaying for? Ridiculous. What a scam. Do not use this place if you can help it as they clearly don’t care about what they send out.

I received the Sparkling Holiday Ornament arrangement and it is beautiful. Many times arrangements do not end up resembling ones featured on different florists website. This is even prettier than online. Love it

I like to support local florists rather than all the 1-800 options. I ordered from Mr. Rose's website. I received a phone call that the vase in the image wasn't available and would a substitute vase be ok? I said that was fine and thanked them for checking. I wish the woman who called had also indicated the flowers would also be different. The arrangement was supposed to be bright pinks, whites with a little light yellow for a baby girl. What arrived was dark greens, dark magenta pinks, dark teal accents. It looked more appropriate for a sympathy arrangement than a baby arrival celebration. If the flowers weren't available I could have chosen something different. I'm guessing they thought since I was ordering from NC I wouldn't see what was delivered in CT.
